2. Ordering and Payment

 

2.1. All orders must be placed through our website, www.properfoodprep.co.uk.

2.2. Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments with Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

2.3. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

2.4. Subscription-based plans will auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

 

3. Delivery

 

3.1. We deliver to specific locations as listed on our website.

3.2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

3.3. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. We are not liable for missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

 

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

4.1. Refunds are only available for orders canceled at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery.

4.2. If you are unsatisfied with a meal due to quality issues, please contact us at info@properfoodprep.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.

4.3. Subscription cancellations must be made through your account settings before the renewal date to avoid charges.

 

5. Allergy Disclaimer

 

5.1. While we strive to accommodate dietary preferences, our meals are prepared in a facility that handles common allergens, including nuts, gluten, and dairy.

5.2. It is your responsibility to review ingredient lists and inform us of any severe allergies before placing an order.
